Any contract between Luxe Isle Living (“us/we/our”) and you, the customer (“you/your”), whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site, will be governed by laws of the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any person or chattel which may arise from the use of any of the products or information contained herein or any of the materials on this website.
Certain (hypertext) links in this site may lead to external websites which are not under our control. When you activate any of these links, you will leave our website. As such, we have no control over and will not accept any responsibility or liability for any material on any other website. You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

Our website is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. We make no guarantee that our website will be error free or be available on an uninterrupted basis and we shall not be held responsible as such.
We shall not be held responsible for any loss whatsoever or destruction of data you may incur resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website, resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration to your transmissions, or data in circumstances beyond our control.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the event that we are held liable under these terms and conditions, our maximum liability to you shall be the cost of the product(s) purchased by you.
Payment
All prices shown are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP). We take great care to ensure prices are accurate at the time of ordering, however, prices may change over time and without notice.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. We also accept Paypal and ApplePay payments. We will not be held liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
We do not store the credit card details of any of our customers – we use a third party payment gateway to help ensure the highest level of security for our customers.
Privacy
Use of our website is governed by our privacy policy which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.
We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2023.

All personal details are processed via https//: secure servers as evidenced by the padlock and our security certificate in the web address bar above.

All content included in this website, unless uploaded by you, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Luxe Isle Living, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use this website, you acknowledge that all such material is protected and governed by the Laws of the United Kingdom.
Accuracy & Availability
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and descriptions of products as set out on this website, are accurate and correct, however we will not be held liable for any incorrect information and we reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or its content.
All items are made up upon an order being placed and are therefore subject to availability.
Please note that whilst we estimate times for getting your order ready, these times are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such.
Very occasionally, there may be a delay in supply of a fabric or a fabric may no longer be in production and therefore there may be longer than usual wait time or we may not be able to supply the item at all. Either way, we will let you know as soon as possible by email or phone, if this occurs.
Fabric Colour
We make every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not possible. If you are in any doubt, please contact us before purchase and we can arrange to have a sample sent out to you.
Lampshade Options
We cannot confirm the availability of the options selected within the product description (i.e different lampshade types/sizes) until the order has been placed. Therefore if there is a problem with your order, we will notify you by email or phone and if necessary, the order can be full refunded.
Positioning Of Pattern
Each lampshade is individually made to order and as such, the exact positioning of the fabric on each lampshade may differ to the positioning displayed on our website.
Exclusion of liability
Whilst we create the lampshades we sell, we are not involved in, nor shall we be held liable, for the manufacture of the other parts that make up the lampshade, including but not limited to, the fabric, rings, fittings and panels supplied to us by 3rd parties. In lieu of this, we are also unable to advise on their use or operation or the specific manufacturer’s guidelines.
Please follow guidance for electrical products carefully. We recommend using energy saving lightbulbs with our lampshades.
Our lampshades are made by applying fabric to a PVC backing.
The PVC backing is designed for lampshades and has passed The Glow Wire Test – BS EN 60598-1-2008 (the British Standard for Luminaries).
Please exercise common sense when using our lampshades. They are not suitable for use with a naked flame.
Termination & Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel purchases for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
If you terminate your order on any non-dispatched purchases, they will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

Customer name, Order Number and Date of order.
Complaints
Our hope is of course is that you will be delighted with your order, however, if you have a complaint, please email us at info@luxeisleliving.co.uk. Please include Customer name, Order Number and Date of order in any correspondence.
We will endeavour to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and deal with it in an appropriate, honest and prompt manner.
Age Restrictions
We do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18 you should only use this website with the supervision of an adult. Payment information and purchases may only be made by or with permission or an adult. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
Any dispute arising in relation to purchase of our products or use of our website, shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
